1. The service
StatAxis is operated by Kumud Ranjan, an individual developer based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, and provides digital media market intelligence, measurement, research, dashboards, data services and related technology. Features, plans, data coverage and availability may change as the service develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information when applying for or using an account.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
- Accounts may require review or approval. Access is not guaranteed merely because an application is submitted.
- You must promptly notify StatAxis if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may use StatAxis only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and applicable third-party/source policies.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs or data.
- Do not interfere with service availability, security or normal operation.
- Do not use automated extraction that violates applicable source/API terms or technical restrictions.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, organisation, affiliation or authority.
- Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful material.
- Do not systematically extract StatAxis outputs to create a competing service or dataset unless authorised in writing.
- Do not treat StatAxis intelligence as professional, legal, financial, investment or regulatory advice.
4. YouTube and Google services
StatAxis uses YouTube API Services for digital-media measurement and intelligence. By using StatAxis features that use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services policies. StatAxis does not request or store YouTube passwords.
YouTube API Services are provided by Google and are subject to applicable Google policies and terms.
5. Data and third-party sources
StatAxis may use public-source digital media data and permitted upstream APIs. Availability, accuracy, completeness and historical coverage can vary by source. StatAxis does not guarantee that third-party data will always be available, current or error-free.
Users must comply with the terms applicable to third-party services used with StatAxis. YouTube and Google services are subject to their own terms and policies where applicable.
6. Intelligence and decision-making
StatAxis provides measurements, derived metrics, rankings, signals and intelligence for informational and analytical purposes. Outputs are based on available observations and stated methodologies and may contain uncertainty or missing data. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them for business or other decisions.
7. Intellectual property
Except for third-party material and user-provided material, the StatAxis website, software, interface, original content, methodology, branding, logos, STX Index, STAX9 materials and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to StatAxis.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit StatAxis proprietary material except as expressly permitted by these Terms or written permission.
8. User-provided information
You retain responsibility for information and materials you submit and represent that you have the right to provide them. You grant StatAxis the limited rights necessary to store, process and display that material to provide the requested service.
9. Plans, payments and commercial services
Where a paid plan or commercial service is offered, its pricing, scope, billing cycle, order form or service agreement may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the specific written commercial agreement will control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep StatAxis available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.
11. Suspension and termination
StatAxis may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, data or third-party rights, or where a user materially violates these Terms or applicable law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatAxis services and content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not warrant that every data point, metric, ranking, score, report or forecast will be complete, uninterrupted or free from error. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatAxis will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable written commercial agreement.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the StatAxis Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or operating model changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution forum having lawful jurisdiction.
